Kindle Staff Morale With Kindness
I try to practice random acts of kindness with our office staff.

I try to practice random acts of kindness with our office staff. For example, every couple of months-without regard to recognized holidays- I bring each staff member movie tickets or gift cards to a local coffee shop. When handing these out, I make a point of saying how much I appreciate each person's effort and hard work.
