According to the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map, as of today, March 25, 2021 at 9:25 AM, EDT, there have been:

• 30 012 351 confirmed cases
• 545 282 deaths

The 5 states with the highest total confirmed cases are:

1. California: 3 649 727
2. Texas: 2 766 259
3. Florida: 2 021 656
4. New York: 1 816 518
5. Illinois: 1 227 613

Deaths: California has the most deaths due to COVID-19 with 57 975 reported fatalities, followed by New York with 49 717, and Texas with 47 689.

Tests administered: California leads in number of persons tested with 52 630 376 people tested, followed by New York with 43 301 885 people tested, and Florida with 23 272 104 people tested.

How many cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed globally?
