Terms and Termination: What's in your Agreement?

VIDEO: Reminder--employment contracts are long and complicated -- make sure you understand yours inside out, before you sign.

In this Medical News Minute, prepared exclusively for Patient Care, Dr Bobby Lazzara reminds physicians that the termination provisions in an employment agreement, in fact set the terms of the agreement – no matter what term is stated in the document. Bottom line: Read your fine print.
