For more than 3 years, a 63-year-old man with a long history of parapsoriasis had multiple hyperpigmented, erythematous plaqueswith scaling on the abdomen, back, feet, and arms. Some lesions had a hypopigmented center. The patient denied systemic symptoms.

A 32-year-old man presented with a yellow, papular rash on the buttocks and extensor surfaces. His medical history included diabetes mellitus, alcoholism, obesity, and polysubstance abuse. Laboratory results disclosed a serum triglyceride level of 5,793 mg/dL.

A 63-year-old African American man presented with orthopnea and pedal edema that had worsened during the past 4 months. Macroglossia was noted.
