A 6-year-old boy is seen for severe right otalgia for 2-3 days with drainage from ear, and fever. Treated w/ antibiotic ear drops for 2 days without improvement. Exam shows crusted brownish discharge from right ear on the boy’s cheek and swelling just behind the right ear. Opposite side is normal. Watch full exam on video.
