A 14-year-old boy is seen for what he describes as “a shortage of breath” that he has been experiencing for approximately 1 week. He appears anxious, and intermittently takes gasp-like breaths. He has a Hx of asthma but reports no recent use of his inhaler. Observe his behavior on the accompanying video.
