To expedite referrals, make multiplecopies of the letterhead of frequentlyused specialists. This usually providesthe addresses of the main office andsatellite locations, phone and faxnumbers, and the names of all physiciansin the practice. The copies canbe stored in top-loading plastic pageprotectors and arranged by specialtyin a binder.
