The latest COVID-19 data on confirmed cases, recoveries, and more from the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map.

How many cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been confirmed in the US?

According to the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map, as of today, June 22, 2020 at 8:33 AM, there have been:

• 2 281 069 confirmed cases
• 119 977 deaths
• 622 133 recoveries

The 5 states with the highest total confirmed cases are:

1. New York: 387 936
2. California: 178 224
3. New Jersey: 169 142
4. Illinois: 136 762
5. Texas: 112 944

New York has the most deaths due to COVID-19 with 31 125 reported fatalities, followed by New Jersey with 12 939 deaths, and Massachusetts with 7857.

New York also leads in recoveries from COVID-19 with 69 506 people who have recovered, followed by New Jersey with 29 450 recoveries and Pennsylvania with 62 932.

New York also leads in number of patients tested with 3 395 319 people tested, followed by California with 3 319 256 people tested, and Florida with 1 599 296 people tested.

How many cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed globally?

Globally, there have been 8 985 016 confirmed cases, 468 881 deaths, and 4 455 591 recoveries.
