Global confirmed cases of COVID-19 have surpassed 51 million. We summarize more of today's data from the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map.

How many cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been confirmed in the US?

According to the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map, as of today, November 11, 2020 at 9:25 AM, EDT, there have been:

• 10 262 088 confirmed cases
• 239 732 deaths
• 3 961 873 recoveries

The 5 states with the highest total confirmed cases are:

1. Texas: 1 010 364
2. California: 991 232
3. Florida: 852 174
4. New York: 536 145
5. Illinois: 511 183

Deaths: New York has the most deaths due to COVID-19 with 33 707 reported fatalities, followed by Texas with 19 337 deaths, and California with 18 078.

Recoveries: Texas leads in recoveries from COVID-19 with 826 116 people who have recovered, followed by North Carolina with 261 719 recoveries and Tennessee with 256 143.

Tests administered: California leads in number of persons tested with 20 094 641 people tested, followed by New York with 15 904 266 people tested, and Texas with 8 901 839 people tested.

How many cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed globally?

Globally, there have been 51 621 135 confirmed cases, 1 274 923 deaths, and 33 635 019 recoveries.
