According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as of today, March 31, 2021, at 12:39 PM, EDT:

• 29.4% of total US population have received at least 1 dose
• 16.4% of total US population are fully vaccinated

The 5 states with the highest percentage of population fully vaccinated are:

1. New Mexico: 23.5%
2. South Dakota: 22.4%
3. Alaska: 22.3%
4. Rhode Island: 20.9%
5. Connecticut: 20.4%
