According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as of today, May 1, 2021, at 2:16 PM, EDT:

• 46.8% of total US population has received at least 1 dose
• 36.2% of total US population is fully vaccinated

The 5 states with the highest percentage of population fully vaccinated are:

1. Maine: 48%
2. Connecticut: 47%
3. Massachusetts: 45.4%
4. Vermont: 45.3%
5. Rhode Island: 44.5%

How many cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in the US?

According to the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map, as of today, May 14, 2021 at 2:21 PM, EDT, there have been:

• 32 880 252 confirmed cases
• 584 994 deaths

The 5 states with the highest total confirmed cases are:
