Keep Fish Oil Capsules on Ice
Many patients who take fish oil capsules complain of burping, which is often accompanied by an unpleasant fishy taste or odor.

Many patients who take fish oil capsules complain of burping, which is often accompanied by an unpleasant fishy taste or odor. To prevent this problem, suggest that patients keep the bottle of fish oil capsules in the freezer and take the capsules frozen.
