"Left, Right, Right, Left" for Best Nasal Spray Delivery
For my patients who use nasal spray, I advise them to use the right hand to spray into the left nostril and the left hand to spray into the right nostril.

For my patients who use nasal spray, I advise them to use the right hand to spray into the left nostril and the left hand to spray into the right nostril. This approach ensures that the greatest amount of medication reaches the lateral wall of the nasal cavity.
