•This month’s installment of Primary Care Procedures: A Photo Guide on page 763 features a copiously illustrated step-by-step primer on colonoscopy. What other types of procedures would you like to see in future columns?
•Our review articles are edited to highlight practical “how-to” advice. In the article that begins on page 745, Dr Edward Shahady makes the case for targeting non-HDL cholesterol in patients at elevated risk for cardiovascular events. How useful would this approach be in your practice?
•The short quiz features, such as Dermclinic, challenge you to take your best clinical guess about diagnosis. Did you recognize the rash on page 756?
•What do you think of the mix of topics we cover? Would you like to see more or less coverage of rheumatology, alternative medicine, diabetes, neurology, mood disorders?
