Offer Terms: Offer available only to licensed physicians who register as members of ConsultantLive.com prior to October 15, 2010, subject to UBM Medica's verification of member's licensure status. Registrants must be (i) legal residents of the fifty United States (and the District of Columbia), (ii) at least 18 years of age, and (iii) licensed physicians, as of the date of their registration.
