How many cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been confirmed in the US?

According to the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map, as of today, July 1, 2020 at 9:34 AM, there have been:

• 2 636 538 confirmed cases
• 127 427 deaths
• 720 631 recoveries

The 5 states with the highest total confirmed cases are:

1. New York: 393 454
2. California: 232 275
3. New Jersey: 171 667
4. Texas 163 060
5. Florida: 152 434

New York has the most deaths due to COVID-19 with 32 032 reported fatalities, followed by New Jersey with 15 035 deaths, and Massachusetts with 8053.

New York also leads in recoveries from COVID-19 with 70 487 people who have recovered, followed by Pennsylvania with 67 552 recoveries and Michigan with 51 099.

California now leads in number of patients tested with 4 167 139 people tested, followed by New York with 3 914 938 people tested, and Florida with 1 944 995 people tested.

How many cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed globally?

Globally, there have been 10 501 482 confirmed cases, 511 909 deaths, and 5 378 800 recoveries.
