How many cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been confirmed in the US?

According to the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map, as of today, June 25, 2020 at 9:33 AM, there have been:

• 2 381 369 confirmed cases
• 121 996 deaths
• 656 161 recoveries

The 5 states with the highest total confirmed cases are:

1. New York: 389 6662. California: 196 046
3. New Jersey: 169 892
4. Illinois: 138 540
5. Texas: 128 132

New York has the most deaths due to COVID-19 with 31 257 reported fatalities, followed by New Jersey with 13 076 deaths, and Massachusetts with 7937.

New York also leads in recoveries from COVID-19 with 69 710 people who have recovered, followed by Pennsylvania with 64 502 recoveries and Michigan with 49 290.

California now leads in number of patients tested with 3 592 899 people tested, followed by New York with 3 551 952 people tested, and Florida with 1 668 342 people tested.

How many cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed globally?

Globally, there have been 9 462 646 confirmed cases, 483 311 deaths, and 4 767 027 recoveries.
