How many cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been confirmed in the US?

According to the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map, as of today, June 4, 2020 at 1:33 PM, there have been:

• 1 860 890 confirmed cases
• 107 474 deaths
• 479 258 recoveries

The 5 states with the highest total confirmed cases are:

1. New York: 375 133
2. New Jersey: 162 068
3. Illinois 123 830
4. California: 119 915
5. Massachusetts: 101 592

New York has the most deaths due to COVID-19 with 30 083 reported fatalities, followed by New Jersey with 11 970 deaths, and Massachusetts with 7152.

New York also leads in recoveries from COVID-19 with 66 502 people who have recovered, followed by New Jersey with 27 008 recoveries.

New York also leads in number of patients tested with 2 229 473 people tested, followed by California with 2 131 294 people tested, and Florida with 1 080 913 people tested.

How many cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed globally?

Globally, there have been 6 570 362 confirmed cases, 387 634 deaths, and 2 837 101 recoveries.
