US confirmed cases of COVID-19 have surpassed 13 million; global cases have reached 62 million. We summarize more of today's data from the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map.

How many cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been confirmed in the US?

According to the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 interactive map, as of today, November 30, 2020 at 10:26 AM, EDT, there have been:

• 13 393 166 confirmed cases
• 266 932 deaths
• 5 065 030 recoveries

The 5 states with the highest total confirmed cases are:

1. Texas: 1 225 624
2. California: 1 216 856
3. Florida: 992 660
4. Illinois: 720 114
5. New York: 641 161

Deaths: New York has the most deaths due to COVID-19 with 34 561 reported fatalities, followed by Texas with 21 850 deaths, and California with 19 152.

Recoveries: Texas leads in recoveries from COVID-19 with 954 465 people who have recovered, followed by Tennessee with 325 993 recoveries and Wisconsin with 311 438.

Tests administered: California leads in number of persons tested with 23 807 501 people tested, followed by New York with 19 272 524 people tested, and Florida with 12 356 348 people tested.

How many cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed globally?

Globally, there have been 62 875 460 confirmed cases, 1 461 763 deaths, and 40 276 340 recoveries.
